1. What does full color print mean?
Full color print means there is no limit to the number of colors there are in your design. If you've noticed, most postcards have plain black text or maybe a 2nd color. This is because printers are still using out dated printing machines. At Chinee Post Card Printing there is never a limit on colors, thus allowing you the freedom to create the most colorful high quality postcards with this free service.
2. What print finishes do you offer on your postcards?
The standard finish is Gloss Laminated. Our Digital Print Service (10 to 500 copies) has a flat non-laminated finish as standard. Some other options are available, please contact us for details.
3. What is UV Gloss Coating?
UV Gloss Coating is a varnish that is applied to your postcard to give a rich, vivid, deep, contrasting shine and feel. This free service comes standard on all postcards at Chinee Post Card Printing. Postcards with UV Gloss Coating have a thicker feel which helps them grow to a beautiful 16pt. card stock. Grab everyone's attention with this free feature.
4. What if I do not want UV Gloss Coating?
UV Gloss Coating is a service that comes standard on all postcard printing. If you do not wish to have UV Gloss coating on your printed product then simply note it during checkout.
5. What does 14pt., 15pt. & 16pt. Card Stock mean?
This is what is used to describe the thickness of a postcard in the printing world. Our 15pt card stock has a thickness of about 50% more than your traditional postcards. It's about half the thickness of a credit card or an exact thickness of a baseball card. Cards with UV Gloss Coating can grow to a beautiful 16pt card stock. We use some of the thickest card stock in the industry while others are still using the flimsy 12pt. stock.
6. Is 15pt card stock thicker than 14pt?
Yes, 15pt card stock is thicker than 14pt. Most still use 12pt and 14pt while we use Super Thick Premium 15pt. card stock with free UV gloss, full color print, 2 sided print, full bleed print with 24-48 hour print standard all at no extra charge to you.
7. Do your bordered postcards have a standard border size?
No, you can specify the size of border you require, but please make sure your photo suits the border proportions you choose.
8. How close will my printed postcards be to the proof?
We supply press calibrated inkjet proofs for your approval. The nature of the print process means that we print many different postcards on one sheet, which are then guillotine cut to give individual postcards. Every care is taken to match each card as closely as possible to your proof and it is very rare for us not to be able to provide excellent results. If you have a particularly demanding artwork or fine art applications please contact us for advice.
9. What details of your product are necessary for quotation?
When you are making an inquiry, please accompany with the size, printing color, paper stock and quantity of the product you want. If you need to print books or brochures, we are glad that you tell us the page number and the binding.
10. How does the transaction work?
a). You confirm order and pay the advance;
b). You send us in express the CD(s) with the original document(s) and requirements including the paper and post-press finishing, etc in express, or upload the digital folders with your printing document(s) and requirements onto our FTP with the account we offer you;
c). We make your printed products according to your digital folders and deliver them to you.

11. How does the printing quotation work out?
When making the sales budget for a product, our customers will eager to learn the cost of printing. So long as you fill out the quotation, our customer service personnel will quote for you immediately.
If it is the first time you get in touch with the work of handout inquiry and the printing factory, you may feel you are losing your head, and then would you please read the flow which will help you fill in the quotations quickly.
The process of printing can be divided into three stages: Pre-press Period, Printing Period and Post-press Period.
Pre-press Period:
The usual price standard is based on A4 size (if insufficient to or larger than A4 like A3, it needs to be measured out accurately for pricing).
Press Period:
This period is the key link of finishing the printing, and the pricing standard is color ream. If spot colors such as a Logo of an enterprise or gold, silver tooling are included, please note it, and the color will be increased from 4 colors to 5 or 6 colors.
Post-press Period:
This period is finishing step of the presswork. Please specify bindery techniques you request, saddle stitch, glue or foldout (How much roll over), along with the finishing techniques you choose such as membrane-coating, UV-covering, die cutting, bronzing, sagging acreage and special wrapping and packing requirements.
The more concrete and accurate each of the above-mentioned crafts is indicated, the more quickly and accurately our quotation will be made.
12. How to pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank. 100% of the total payment should be paid in advance if the total amount is less than USD2000. And 70% of total payment should be paid by the buyer in advance. The balance paid in period of shipmen if the total amount is more than USD2000
13. How is the transportation?
The goods can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country address.
14. How to send the artwork / image / printing folder to us?
You are welcome to copy your folders on CD and send them to our office by express delivery. It may take you three to four days. We also appreciate if you visit our FTP online and upload your printing folders. It only costs about thirty minutes. You can contact us by the following information of our company.

15. What is your postcard print turnaround time?
The turnaround time is depending on the specifications of your printing order. Our production time is generally 3-8 business days, usually within 5 business days. Orders with post-press finishing such as membrane coating, binding, paperhanging, die cutting, bronzing, etc generally take more than 5 business days.
16. What is to be prepared for the printing?
Please mail us in express the CD(s) with your original document and requirements, or log in the FTP account that we offer you and upload the digital folders, we will print your products according to the original document and requirements.
17. What should be paid attention to the original document?
Please pay attention to the following points with your document, which will save your precious time.
1. Please convert the text into paths in order that they can be correctly displayed.
2. Please confirm all the folders especially the graphic ones included in your document in case of images unable to display or with low resolution. Therefore, make sure that necessary images with high resolution are in the document. (The picture resolution is no lower than 280 dips)
3. Convert the color of the linked pictures from RGB to CMYK.
4. Check the accuracy of the color when pantone spot colors are converted to CMYK. Slight differences generally exist after the operation. Although some of the pantone colors convert well to CMYK, process Pantone Colors can't definitely. Therefore, the method of increasing spot colors should be applied to solve the problem.
5. Whether the typeset folders have set 3mm bleeding can also get some experienced computer experts in trouble. Please specify that color-setting of the typeset software is correct as the indicated one.
